Brian Hinchliffe

Owner/ Operator

Born and raised in Gainesville, Georgia, I have spent my life immersed in the construction industry. Following in the footsteps of my father and uncles, I developed a passion for land development, grading, and septic work at an early age. In 1999, I founded my own contracting business and later served as the Project Manager for a septic installation and repair company for eight years.

In 2016, I returned to college to pursue a new calling in nursing, where I continue to serve today. My experience in healthcare reinforced my desire to make a positive impact in the community while maintaining strong family values. Today, I am combining my lifelong construction experience with a new business venture, allowing me to work alongside my son, spend more time with my family, and provide dependable grading, land clearing, and septic installation and repair services to the communities we proudly serve.

Tanner Hinchliffe

Born and raised right here in Gainesville, Georgia, my passion for dirt work started early. Growing up, my dad would take me along to his job sites during the summers, teaching me the ropes of the trade and showing me what real hard work looks like.

After graduating from the University of North Georgia (UNG) with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management, I knew exactly what I wanted to do: combine my business background with my love for heavy equipment and the outdoors. I partnered up with my dad to launch BnT Outdoors, bringing a lifetime of hands-on experience and professional management to every project we touch.

For us, the best part of this job is the satisfaction we give our customers. Whether we are completely transforming an overgrown piece of land, fixing water pressure issues to make a home comfortable again, diagnosing and repairing critical septic system failures, or breaking ground on brand-new septic layouts for residential developments, we take pride in delivering results that make a difference.
